150th Anniversary Commemorative Paddle now available!
Shaw and Tenney is pleased to offer a new paddle specially designed and engraved to commemorate 2008, our 150th year of handcrafted quality.
The numbered, limited edition paddle features the engraved drawing of a solo canoeist in a wood canvas canoe by famed canoe builder and artist Jerry Stelmock, Proprietor of Island Falls Canoe.
The paddle is available in three distinctive woods: birdseye maple, curly maple, or cherry. The new design incorporates a 6” beavertail blade, a beautiful grip we produced during the late 1800’s, and a shaft with an accentuated oval shape. This is a truly beautiful heirloom paddle.
Only 150 limited edition paddles will be made and each one will be individually numbered. They are available at $295 each plus shipping.
